Our School Day

Start: 9:00am

Finish: 3:30pm

Morning recess: 11.00am to 11.30am

Lunch: 1.30pm to 2.30pm (lunch eaten in the classroom 1.30pm to 1.40pm)

Staff supervision is provided in the yard from 8.45am to 9.00am and from 3.30pm to 3.45pm on school days. 

*End of Term Early Dismissal Times

Students are dismissed at:

- 2.30pm on the last day of Terms 1, 2 and 3

- 1.30pm on the last day of Term 4.

Student Free Days

Curriculum Days

The Department of Education and Training has designated that schools have four student free Curriculum Days each year.

These student free days provide an opportunity for staff to attend professional development and to work on curriculum programs.

The dates are set by School Council and parents are notified accordingly via the school newsletter and School Stream.

2024 Student Free Days are:

Term 1: Curriculum Day - Monday 29th & Tuesday 30th January 2024

              Labor Day (Public Holiday) - Monday 11th March 2024

Term 2: Anzac Day (Public Holiday) - Thursday 25th April 2024

Term 3: Monarch's Birthday (Public Holiday) - Monday 10th June 2024

Term 4: Melbourne Cup (Public Holiday) - Tuesday 4th November 2024
