Breakfast Club

Breakfast Club runs every Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings between 8:30am and 8:50am in the staffroom helped run by our JSC representitives. All students are welcome to enjoy a healthy breakfast in a relaxing environment to help kick start their school day. 

Free Fruit

Students at Knox Central Primary School enjoy fruit most days. Fruit is provided during breakfast club, classtime, recess and lunch by our JSC representives.

OSHC

OSHC stands for Out of School Hours Care. It's a program designed to provide supervised care and recreational activities for school-aged children outside of regular school hours, including before and after school, as well as during school holidays.

Knox Central Primary School has their very own run program by the lovely Jigna.

Senior School Camp

Grades 3-6 attend Camp. 

School camps provide valuable opportunities for students to learn and grow outside the classroom. Through immersive experiences in nature, team-building activities, and exposure to new challenges, students develop important life skills such as resilience, leadership, and problem-solving. Camps also foster friendships, boost confidence, and encourage independence, all while creating lasting memories.

Phoenix Soar  

Phoenix Soar is a four-week mental health and wellbeing program for grades five and six students, developed and delivered by the South East Melbourne Phoenix.

Through the program, students learn to recognise, regulate and articulate their emotions.

Combining classroom and on court learning, students hear from Phoenix professional athletes via engaging digital content,

participate in discussions, complete their own Phoenix Soar workbook, and participate in drills and clinics using their learnings in real world scenarios.

There are a number of organisations providing programs available to children at our school including Instrumental Music.

We have instrumental tuition available for lessons during school hours.
